Rent A Car Enterprise

Can you take a rental car when you do not have any personal vehicle or auto insurance?

Jeff Revs asked:

I do not have any car insurance right now. I am planning to get a car rental for a month. Do I need to get some insurance for this? What happens if cop pulls me up will rental agreement be sufficient?

For the rental but you are in serious accident and caused lots of damage to purchase the damage to the rental companies provide insurance option think about if that is if you are pulled over the problem.
For the car so think it would be on the car assuming its your fault in this case it.

You’ll have to purchase the rental company’s insurance. You can’t even get insurance outside of that because you don’t own a car to insure. Insurance through the rental car company is sufficient for police.

If you don’t have insurance, buy theirs - it’ll be expensive.
If you get stopped just show the cop he rental papers. It’s their car.
