Rent A Car Enterprise

A. Do they get to pick and choose what estimate they get to pay me? I have heard they have to pay the median of the 3 estimates I provide.

B. Can they write the check directly out to the body shop or do they have to write a check to me and I get to take it wherever I please to have it fixed?

C. Do they have to also provide for a comparable rental car while my car is in the shop being fixed for the amount of time it takes to get fixed?
