Rent A Car Enterprise

The Office Fan asked:


The insurance co stated that they only owe 1 week’s worth of car rental. The final settlement has not yet been reached and the ins co is looking over figures (autotrader ads, etc) I have submitted to them. They have advanced a “partial settlement” and the adjuster said that they do not owe anymore than 1 week’s worth of car rental bc they advanced the partial settlement check. I am in northern California. What are my rights? Thanks.

Thank u guys. You really saved me from a big scan. Yes as you said they forced me to put some money right now and the rest at the time of travelling. But I thought this might be scam or some thing like promoting their packages such as Giveaway where you need to attend for resorts tour. Any way really thanks for helping me out from this scam.
