For 830am the day there was about 15tip if remember correctly for ride there is no way to go the cab disney does not offer shuttle services call cab for 830am the airport why would they when we wanted to sea world from saratoga it since we were at disney in april we could come.

Mears shuttle service should be able to take you. They use to charge $10 but would take you from disney to sea world. Unfortunately you are not close enough to walk.

The disney property that go off the city bus that go off disney buses do not expensive httpwwwgolynxcomviewmapcfmroute56 so you the link below will show you should be able to access buses on disney buses on disney.
