A. Do they get to pick and choose what estimate they get to pay me? I have heard they have to pay the median of the 3 estimates I provide.
B. Can they write the check directly out to the body shop or do they have to write a check to me and I get to take it wherever I please to have it fixed?
C. Do they have to also provide for a comparable rental car while my car is in the shop being fixed for the amount of time it takes to get fixed?

For the check directly to pay only 30 day they can pick which estimate to you they can pick which estimate to you they should write.
