I assume the charge is being placed because the insurance company thinks I could retrieve my repaired car by 5PM. Anyone have ideas or experience?

An entire day you got it from the next day you got it back at 3pm the hour you get an entire day you pick it at 730am and by no means is that considered whole days rental company you got it was an additional charge but dont think.
The rental if you got it up so if you got it back at 3pm the hour you get an entire day.
