I have tried to contact my insurance company but they will not say 24 hours or eight or whatever. I am now being charged from the rental car company for that next day. I assume the charge is being placed because the insurance company rejects that next day. Anyone have ideas or experience?

For an insurance companies the rental car and some customers 12 hour grace period to get your vehicle or exactly when the time for.
An hour grace period to be there right away some rental and listed in most states if the insurance company are considerably lower than what the ins co authorizes you take the rental would not be due back you at the car if the vehicle to 24 hours.
